Cancellations by guest within 30 days of arrival date forfeit 100% of the total booking price. The cancellation policy also applies to changes which decrease the overall value of a booking, for example decreasing the number of guests staying or shortening the length of stay.  If you have to cancel your reservation within our 30 day cancellation period due to Covid-19 status changes we will hold any money paid in credit for a future date less a cancellation fee of $75, this will need to be used with 12 months of the cancellation notification and can be used either partially of fully as part of a future booking with us.
