A renovated four bedroom townhouse just out of Ferrymead with a private backyard. Conveniently located, it is off the main road yet close enough to be just 15 minutes into the central city, or 10 minutes to Sumner beach. A short walk to Ferrymead and a supermarket, restaurants and cafes are within easy reach.
There are four comfortable bedrooms, two upstairs and two down.

- Overall, we all had a fabulous time. The house was spacious and really felt like home. The location was good for the 7 of us as it was close to bus stop which took us to the city centre and the airport. We also went to the beach which was fantastic.
