This home is close to the airport, shopping centres, public transport and family-friendly activities. The living room, kitchen, and separate dining area provide a comfortable home for families or large groups. Lynfield Villa has 6 good sized bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, one with a bath. One of the bedrooms has a king sized bed which can be split into two singles upon request.
It is short drive from the airport or CBD with off-street parking, and close to main bus routes. Please look online for the bus timetables on the Christchurch Metro info page. A short walk away is the corner of Waimairi and Maidstone roads with a fuel station, pharmacy, dairy, butcher, bakery and other takeaway services and shops. Bush Inn and Riccarton Malls are a short drive.
