Clarence House and Kea Lodge are two separate houses next door to each other available for booking both separately and combined for extra space. The houses are ideally located in Riccarton, close to the central city, Horncastle Arena events centre, Hagley Park, and walking distance to Westfield Riccarton shopping mall.

Clarence House is an elegantly renovated traditional Victorian villa. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is spacious enough for large families and groups to enjoy being together.

Kea Lodge has open plan living and kitchen with a welcoming and homely feel. The five large bedrooms are equally size and grouped around the bathrooms.

All of our houses offer 24 Hour Self Check-in / Check-out. Check-in is available from 3PM and check-out is before 10AM. The houses are fitted with secure lock boxes containing the keys, for which you will receive the code in your arrival information prior to your stay.
