The guest studio is a private self-contained area of this renovated home, the friendly owners live in the back of the home.

There is queen bedroom, plus a living space with a sofa bed.  Alongside the bedroom is a full bathroom and the separate kitchenette /living are allows for self-catering.  There is a microwave/convection oven and a ceramic cooktop for cooking plus washing machine is also provided for your use and a drying rack.

There is a private entrance to the studio and shared driveway with room for 1 car, there is also ample on street parking available right outside.

The area is residential and very quiet and also handy to the Airport and University.

Please Note: There is a security camera with audio operating at the front door of this property for your safety and ours.  This is outside the property and only records entry and exit.
