Homes must not be used as party or function venues, or sublet in any way. The neighbours are not to be disturbed by excessive noise or numbers of visitors.
Homes are made available on a per person basis and only for guests that form part of the booking. We reserve the right to charge if you are found to have extra guests staying at the property after 10pm.
The guest booking the home must be over 18 years of age and will be responsible for the conduct of all guests and visitors, any damage and/or additional cleaning that may be required.
No pets or business use of the property unless arranged prior to your stay.
If you require a portacot or highchair please let us know. We can organise this at an additional charge of $40 per item per stay. Please note you will need to bring your own cot bedding.
If you have requested a BBQ or if there is a BBQ at the home you are welcome to use it. This needs to be cleaned upon your departure otherwise a cleaning fee of NZD $50+GST per hour will be charged, this is our hourly rate for any additional cleaning.
Guest Responsibilities – on departure:
Please note this is a holiday home and should be left in a clean and tidy state in order to avoid additional cleaning charges. Upon departure ensure the following:
- Dishes clean and put away
- Linen is to be left on the beds and used towels in the bathroom
- Please dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided
- Lock all doors, close windows and return keys to lockbox provided leave secure
Rubbish: Place your rubbish in the bins outside the house:
Yellow lid bin: Recycling - any bottles and newspapers
Red lid bin: Any other general rubbish
Green lid bin: compostable green waste (food scraps)
Smoking: Please do not smoke in or near the house. Please dispose of your butts in a rubbish bin.
Please leave a key in the lockbox if you are out. If you lose the key there is a charge of $50 to have another key cut.
Check-in & Check-out Times
Standard check-in is anytime after 2pm on your day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 10am on your day of departure.
Early or late check-out may be possible on request.
